Looking to connect with legal professionals between 5-6 years of experience in commercial contracts, IPR and general corporate advisory transactions. This is for a conglomerate company in Gurgaon. Someone with mix of law firm and in-house experience will be ideal for the role.
Responsibilities ;-
Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and partnership agreements.
Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Identify and mitigate risks in contractual terms and conditions.
Provide guidance on corporate governance practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in ensuring adherence to industry-specific regulations, including corporate filings and documentation.
Provide legal advisory on day-to-day business operations and corporate strategies.
