We specialize in YouTube ads, Instagram marketing, and custom promotion campaigns that deliver targeted results .Job Overview:Own end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, attendance/HRMS, policy roll-outs, basic payroll inputs, and engagement—ensuring smooth people operations for a growing team.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviewsManage onboarding, documentation, HRMS/attendance & leave recordsPrepare basic payroll inputs and maintain employee filesImplement HR policies; support employee engagement & cultureCreate weekly HR reports/MIS in Google SheetsRequirements:Bachelor’s degrees 1.5–2+ years of HR/TA/generalist experience️ Fluency in Hindi & Punjabi for internal coordination and candidate communication ; English is a plusProficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and HR tools (HRMS/ATS)Strong communication, follow-through, and documentation skillsPerks & Benefits:Fixed pay + incentives tied to hiring/HR KPIsSupportive, creative work environmentCareer growth in a fast-moving marketing companyHow to Apply:Call or WhatsApp us at Or email your resume to @.
