Experience in working with ONB Integrations to other upstream and downstream systems.Good-to-Have1. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module2. Knowledge in integrating ONB 2.0 to third party System3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes2 Good understanding of ONB processes in global organization3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors5 Ability to hold design session and conduct workshop
