We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager with expertise in .NET and Microsoft Azure to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder management to ensure the seamless delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams while driving technical excellence, Agile delivery practices, and cloud adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the delivery of multiple .NET and Azure-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Identity management .
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in Azure cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, track risks/issues, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Manage vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.
  • Mentor technical leads and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem .
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes) , DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or PMP/SAFe are a strong plus.
