Role Profile: Specialized in statutory compliance and labor law management, including contractor governance, wage processing, and employee welfare. Experienced in handling licenses, audits, and government liaison while ensuring timely statutory filings and documentation. Strong focus on process accuracy, compliance tracking, and smooth operational support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable national, state, and local labour laws. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns under: Factories Act, 1948, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1947,
