This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and student counseling , who thrives in a target-driven environment.You’ll be the front face of our admissions team, responsible for converting inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling, follow-ups, and relationship-building.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Handling inquiries via phone, seminars and in-person walk-insProviding detailed guidance on courses, career opportunities, and fee structuresEffectively converting leads into confirmed admissionsFollowing up consistently to ensure high conversion ratesMeeting and exceeding monthly enrollment targetsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission journeyRepresenting Poise at seminars, student meets, and recruitment drives✅ What We’re Looking For:Exceptional sales and admissions skills with a proven track recordExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities ( Hinfdi , English , Marathi)Strong follow-up and persuasive capabilitiesOrganized, proactive, and performance-focusedVery efficient in MS WORDMinimum 2 years of experience in counseling/sales (Air Hostess training institute or Education sector preferred)Bachelor’s degreeExperience in an aviation or hospitality training institute is a major plus
