Generative AI Development: Develop and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) with Python and Lang Chain, creating scalable and innovative solutions. ⚙️ Model Engineering: Design, build, and optimize machine learning algorithms for generative AI tasks. Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality training data. ???? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services. ???? Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs; experiment with new techniques to keep our solutions on the cutting edge. ???? Model Fine-Tuning & Deployment: Evaluate, fine-tune, and validate models for optimal performance and accuracy. Oversee end-to-end deployment and scaling of AI systems. ???? Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, document technical designs, and share model performance metrics. ???? Qualifications ???? Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ???? Technical Skills: 4–10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with Python. Strong expertise in Lang Chain and large language models (LLMs), and proficiency with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow or Py Torch). ???? AI & NLP Expertise: Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and experience handling large datasets for model training. ???? Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to tackle challenges. ????
