Key Responsibilities- Drive strategy, P&L, business growth, and distribution for the insurance vertical.- Build and manage partnerships with insurers, brokers, and other ecosystem players.- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle – design, launch, and scale innovative insurance products.- Monitor portfolio performance, claims processes, and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless insurance journeys.Qualifications & Skills- MBA/CA or equivalent with 6–10 years’ experience in insurance, fintech, or banking.- Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulations.- Proven track record of scaling insurance solutions and managing P&L.- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.- Exposure to digital-first/fintech environments preferred.
