Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Independently draft, negotiate, review, and revise a wide range of contract documents with high efficiency and fast turnaround times. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Cybersecurity) to ensure contract terms align with business needs. • Legal Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business and legal risks, ensuring all necessary internal approvals are obtained prior to contract finalization. • Legal Support: Provide legal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), address legal queries from internal stakeholders. • Litigation Management: Manage litigation matters by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and supporting the resolution of disputes as needed. • Team Mentoring: Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective task delegation and deliverable management.
