Position: Azure DevOps EngineerWork Location: Remote (India)Relevant years of Experience: 5+ YearsTotal Experience: 8+ YearsJob Type: Contract (6 Months)Shift Time: UK / US ShiftSalary Range: Max 13L PARole SummaryExperienced professionals with deep domain knowledge. Expected to lead modules or workstreams, ensure high-quality delivery, and act as subject matter experts. They are also expected to drive innovation and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.- Manage application deployments across environments — App Services, AKS, VMs, etc.- Implement Git branching strategies and manage Azure Repos / GitHub repositories.- Configure and maintain Azure resources, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.- Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.- Ensure security and compliance across build, release, and infrastructure pipelines.- Collaborate remotely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure continuous delivery.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in build, deployment, and runtime environments.Required Skills and Experience- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with at least 3 years on Azure DevOps.- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – Azure Pipelines, YAML templates.- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (App Services, AKS, Storage, Networking).- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform / ARM / Bicep.- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.- Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash scripting.- Experience with Git version control and artifact management.- Familiar with Agile/Scrum workflows and remote collaboration tools (Jira, Teams, Slack).
