Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) – Bio-Analytical tools like DLS, UV-VIS, Fluorescence, MALS & Microfluidics Instruments (Sales Support) Location: Job Type: Full-time Experience: Mid/Senior About the Role We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for analytical and bio-analytical instruments while actively supporting the sales team. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and pre-sales/application support for advanced laboratory instruments, including Bio-Analytical tools like DLS, UV-VIS, Fluorescence, MALS, and Microfluidic systems. Microfluidic analysis systems Conduct preventive maintenance, calibration, and routine service visits. Troubleshoot hardware, optics, electronics, and software issues. Provide pre-sales and application support : Maintain detailed service reports, compliance documentation, and customer records. Stay updated on new technologies, software, and best practices. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field . ~3–10+ years of hands-on experience with lab instruments, preferably in: ~ Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites. Experience with instruments from Malvern Panalytical, Wyatt Technology, Agilent, Horiba, PerkinElmer, Shimadzu , etc. Knowledge of GMP/GLP, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and service documentation. Familiarity with software tools: Ability to support sales initiatives , demos, and technical discussions with clients.
