Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will own major features end-to-end, build modern applications, and contribute to the technical direction of a fast-moving product team. This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy and high impact. What You Will Do Core Development Build and maintain scalable applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js Design backend services and APIs using Node.js and PostgreSQL Translate product requirements into clean, secure, maintainable code Improve performance, reliability, and security across the stack Quality & Testing Write unit, integration, and automated tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Playwright) Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues Documentation & Process Maintain clear technical documentation (APIs, architecture, workflows) Follow standard Git workflows, branching strategy, and release processes Deployment & Maintenance Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Support production releases, monitoring, and maintenance cycles Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams Mentor junior engineers when required Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning What You Need 5+ years of full-stack development experience Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js Solid expertise in PostgreSQL: schema design, optimisation, query tuning Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Good to Have Experience with microservices Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes Understanding of financial services or high-compliance systems Compensation ₹25,00,000 – ₹28,00,000 annually Final offer will only be based on technical capability and assessment performance.
