Location : PAN India

Notice Period : Immediate joiners

Experience : 6 to 15 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer with 6 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP Gateway, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance innovative enterprise applications to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Fiori/UI5 Development:

  • Design, develop, and enhance custom SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 applications following industry best practices.
  • Develop interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web applications based on SAP Fiori guidelines and UI5 framework.
  • Implement Fiori apps using both the SAP Web IDE and other relevant tools.

SAP Backend Integration:

  • Work with SAP Gateway services (OData) to connect Fiori apps with SAP backend systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
  • Develop and consume OData services for Fiori applications, ensuring smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.

UI/UX Design:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and designers to define functional requirements and deliver intuitive user interfaces.
  • Ensure that the UI is consistent with SAP Fiori's principles, maintaining an optimal user experience.

Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize the performance of Fiori/UI5 applications for efficiency, speed, and scalability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues, ensuring smooth application behavior.

Testing and Debugging:

  • Conduct unit testing and integration testing of the developed applications.
  • Address and resolve bugs and defects identified during testing phases.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, SAP Basis, SAP security) to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing Fiori applications, handling production issues and enhancements.

Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed documentation for developed applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and deployment guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori , SAP UI5 , JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and SAP Gateway/OData services .
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC integrations.
  • Proficiency in SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, or other development environments for UI5.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori Elements , Fiori Launchpad , and SAP Cloud Platform .
  • Knowledge of ABAP for backend logic, as well as integration skills with SAP PI/PO.
  • Familiarity with SAP Mobile and hybrid application development.
  • SAP certification in Fiori/UI5 or related areas is a plus.
