Experience of interpreting process PID & Project Specification.
AEI basic and detail engineering in COMOS engineering platform is highly preferable. Other tools like Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) considerable.
Hands on experience in preparing Instrument Index, Loop list, IO list, motor list, circuit diagram, terminal plan.
Gathering input data for AEI basic and detail engineering from other engineering disciplines and equipment suppliers.
Sound knowledge on Sizing & Selection of various types of Automatic valves, Analysers, Flow measuring equipment and other standard filed instruments.
Technical support for Purchase team including preparation technical specification, offer review, technical evaluation and approval of supplier documents & drawings.
Considering the local requirements and regulations on engineering and deliveries.
Definition of control strategies and preparation of logic diagrams and draft monitor displays as well as control descriptions
Conducting DCS software factory acceptance test (FAT)
Instrumentation Installation supervision and to support in start-up, commissioning & process controls of the plant.
Work experience from Pulp / Paper / Chemical and allied industry are preferred.
After Sales Service & technical support.
Education, professional experience, and qualification preferred/required
Batchelor of Engineering - electronics /electrical/instrumentation.
10 to 15 years relevant experience
Ability to travel to domestic and international sites
Open to work anywhere in India & outside India.
Customer oriented.
Good Communication Skills.
Travel percentage (include country or region name)
Travel – 20%, Office –80%
Additional Information
Active passport required.
COMOS / SPI experience will be considered as added advantage.
