Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Process Analyst with an MBA at Senzcraft. We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst for this role with Finance OR Supply Chain and IT/Digitalization experience. One who is ANALYTICALLY SHARP, willing to delve into details, under stand process and link it to KPIs. Must have worked across multiple areas in Supply Chain (Vendor On-boarding & Purchasing, Order to Cash and Logistics) OR Finance (Accounts Payable, Accounts Re ceivable, Record to Report). Must have worked in digital and automation initiatives with IT teams. If you love solving business challenges working with clients, then this is the role for you. The candidate will work with clients and on developing our prod ucts and implementing industry use cases around automation solutions for our clients. He will work with client teams and technical team with a stack of technologies including Process and Task Mining, AI, Vision AI, Low code & workflow automation.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Business Process Improvement, and Business Process Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to create and optimize business processes
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement
  • Knowledge of business process methodologies
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
  • Experience with AI and automation technologies is a plus

Must Have Experience

  • Must have skills with 3 to 5 years experience in:
  • Supply Chain Processes - covering Vendor On-board ing & Purchasing, Order to Cash and Logistics

OR

  • Finance (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rec ord to Report, Audit)
  • Process Analysis - Lean/Six Sigma/Value Based Activity Analysis
  • KPI definition & tracking - KPIs in at-least 2 functional areas (e.g. Order to Cash)
  • Requirements & Process Flow documentation - must be very thorough in documenting requirements
  • ERP Experience - SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics

Good to have Skills

• Reporting & Tracking - Ability to create dashboards and track results (e.g. Power BI)

• Automation Platforms - Exposure to Low code & automation, OCR/IDP, AI/ML 

Roles & Responsibilities –

• Ideate and scoping: Understand the business problem and create/review solutions; Suggest new ways of solving challenging problems

• Client Handling: Ability to handle client, manage schedule, negotiate and resolve conflicts

• Create business case & ROI – Craft KPI improvement and financial ROI storyline. Build recommendation for the client

• Help design the Technical Solution - Create solutions for customers; Perform estimates and develop project plan.

• Testing & Delivery: Ensure flawless and bug free delivery following standard process, methods and toolsets

• Collaborate: Interface with various clients teams connected to delivery of projects. Ex: Infrastructure/IT, Operations

• Innovate: Suggest new ways of working, Develop reusable components and IP for the organization

Educational Qualifications -

• BE/BTech/BSc/IT (Must)

• MBA (Must)

• Min 75% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout
