Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media , i ncluding websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for use across the organisation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, marketing and technology.
Produce high-quality visual assets , including graphics, illustrations, and animations .
Conduct market research to inform design decisions.
Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma .
Portfolio showcasing work.
Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends.
Requirements: Proficient in current design tools ( Figma, Adobe CC, Clickup , etc)0.5 to 1 year of experience as a Visual designer with a portfolio/links displaying your past projects.
Experience working with design systems and Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.
Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centred design process.
