Learning and Development Coordinator

Location : Manyata Tech Park, BangaloreMinimum experience - 2-4 YearsJob Description:- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various learning and development initiatives across the organization.Key Result Areas:- LMS Administration:- Execute and manage the Organizational Learning Management System (LMS) Oracle Fusion, overseeing input and output processing of courses and sessions.- Generate monthly reports on LMS operations and provide intelligence at course and program levels.- Digital Learning Management:- Take ownership of digital learning licenses (Skillsoft) and reporting, serving as the primary contact for digital learning platforms.- Develop intelligence reports on license utilization and strategize future license acquisitions to optimize organizational resources.- Build and maintain relationships with license providers to negotiate impactful pricing savings.- Global – Corporate Induction:- Manage induction programs within the India region, including planning, execution, and reporting.- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on induction programs and conduct quarterly feedback sessions with inductees.- Analyze feedback data and prepare quarterly analytical reports on induction programs and post-induction feedback.- Reporting and Regulatory Requirement Management:- Collaborate with the ISO and Audit team to develop an annual calendar for regulatory requirements.- Ensure completion of annual audits for the L&D department with no review remarks.- Collect regulatory requirement data from the L&D team and ensure proper documentation.- Global Compliance Course Management:- Manage the execution of Global Compliance courses, ensuring timely completion and generating gap reports.- Prepare semi-annual reports on compliance training, including reporting on non-completed individuals and teams.- Learning Certification - Reimbursement and Recovery Management:- Record, track, and report learning certification reimbursement requests.- Coordinate with the HR team on a monthly basis to identify candidates for reimbursement recovery.- Ensure all certification-approved candidates sign required compliance documents before reimbursements are processed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in learning and development coordination or a similar role.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning platforms.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
