This position will driving financial requirements during IPO and thereafter responsible for consolidation of group accounts in close co-ordination with India and Singapore controller in line with SEBI LODR.

Job Description:

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Review of accounting policies of proposed acquisition to align with Integris entities and impact assessment for last three years.

• Preparation of consolidated financials of proposed acquisition in line with financial year of Integris group for last three years.

• Responsible for preparation of monthly, Quarterly and annual consolidated results of Integris with proposed acquisition in close co-ordination with entity controllers.

• Establish the mechanism along with entity controllers for getting quarterly results audited and published on time.

• Liaising with statutory and internal auditors for queries raised and their resolutions. timely completion of Internal and Statutory audits.

• Review internal control across legal entities which covers implementation of various SOP to improve the routine functions and utilization of early indicator reporting metrics to communicate financial risk or opportunities in a timely manner to senior leadership

• Implementation of consolidation software to handle 30+ subsidiaries consolidation on time to make sure quarterly results are

• Discussion with Business finance to conclude on the KPI of both India and Singapore business including updation on MDA and other financials parameters for quarterly results

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Education: CA with 8-10 years of Experience out of which article and experience in Big 4 Audit firms would be desirable.


EXPERIENCE:

• High Exposure to Financial Reporting Standards (Ind. AS)

• Experience in SFRS (Singapore financials reporting standards would be added advantage)

• Experience in listed organization would be an added advantage

• Handing of acquisition accounting

• Ability to assimilate financial data to support business decision making

• Hands-on experience of MS office tools like MS Excel, MS power Point


Reporting relationship- This position will report to CFO and will have one assistant reporting to him as direct reporting. Apart from this, this position indirectly will have span of control to india and Singapore controllers.
