Experience: 5-8 years We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), specifically Medidata Rave. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation and optimization of CTMS Rave solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements - Analyze and map clinical trial workflows to CTMS Rave functionalities - Support configuration and customization of CTMS Rave modules - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements - Facilitate UAT and training sessions for end users - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements - Analyze and map clinical trial workflows to CTMS Rave functionalities - Support configuration and customization of CTMS Rave modules - Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements - Facilitate UAT and training sessions for end users - Liaise with technical teams for integration and data migration tasks Experience in clinical trial operations and regulatory compliance - Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques -
