Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory and product portfolio.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in urology, oncology,neurology therapy areas.- Execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives.- Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nephrologists, and hospital administrators.- Engage KOLs and manage key accounts to ensure continuous business growth.- Conduct scientific discussions and therapy updates with healthcare professionals.- Clinical & Technical Support:- Provide product demonstrations, in-clinic support, and training to healthcare teams.- Support physicians during product use or therapy implementation where required.- Ensure accurate dissemination of scientific and clinical information
