Manager - Investments (Mercer View Point)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Manager – InvestmentsWe are looking to hire a candidate in the Mercer View Point (MVP) teamThe role will be responsible for working closely with the investment managers, to deliver comprehensive and accurate reports for wealth management clients and support related functions.This role will support analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and investment monitoring process. The role will focus on various aspects of institutional investing, including data collection and analysis, investment strategies research and related investment consulting support functions. The incumbent in this role should have an understanding of the Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment StrategiesWe will count on you for:Analyzing the funds based on questionnaire responses from investment managersPreparing reports which include observations based on the analysisCommunicate with investment managers to gather and/or clarify data for reportDaily work management and execution of reports and other operationsEnsuring compliance with all internal and client policiesActive Participation in Process ImprovementsProviding timely updates to AM/TM and other stakeholdersTraining and coaching new hires in the teamWhat you need to have:Minimum 6 years of experience .Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of IndiaKnowledge of investment strategies and ability to write reports covering details of the investment processExposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset ClassesGood command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint)Problem solving skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up-to-dateStrong verbal and written communication and analytical skillsAbility to work and perform under strict deadlines and quick turnaround projectsExcellent Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in working across multiple processes and achieving SLAsAbility to meet deadlines and a real desire to achieve resultsAbility to build rapport and respond confidently to client queriesPrior experience of building strong stake holder partnerships.
