Job Title: JBPM DeveloperExperience Range: 6+ yearsNumber of positions: 10Location: Pan India (Hyderabad / Chennai preferred)Responsibilities Develop and maintain SOA-based process applications using JBPM. Define and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 on a BPM platform. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring best practices inconfiguration management and code refactoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions tobusiness process needs. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions. Work on UI development and integrate with backend systems. Deploy and maintain applications on serverslike WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or Jetty. Stay updated with new technologies and tools to improve developmentefficiency.Key Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in building applications. Strong development experience with BPM engines,specifically JBPM (mandatory). Hands-on experience in SOA-based process applications. Proficient in Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL, and frameworkslike Struts/Spring/Hibernate/MyBatis. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript languages. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and querying BPM APIs. Experience with application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, ApacheTomcat, or Jetty. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Adaptable to challenging environments and committed to achieving clientobjectives.Preferred Qualifications Exposure to UI development.Key Skills/TechnologiesPrimary: JBPMSecondary: Java, BPMN 2.0, SOA, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, JavaScript,
