Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Communications Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality communication strategies that elevate brand and corporate reputation.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead reputation management strategies for clients across industries
  • Handle crisis communication situations with agility, calm, and credibility
  • Provide strategic advisory and counsel to senior stakeholders
  • Craft compelling brand and corporate narratives with sector relevance and precision
  • Write and review high-quality press releases, media briefs, and thought leadership content
  • Build and nurture strong media relationships (national, regional, trade & sectoral)
  • Support narrative mapping, reputation audits, and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Oversee daily client servicing, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated execution
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, public affairs, or media
  • Prior experience in working with clients from Steel, Power, Oil & Gas, or other industrial sectors is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in Crisis + Reputation Management
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to work across multiple sectors or open to a sector rotation model
  • Collaborative, client-centric, and proactive in delivering solutions
