Blockchain Engineering Leader

We've developed our own L1 blockchain and backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystems, with global products and tools natively built for web 3.0.

You'll work closely with teams on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems, tackling real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Tech Teams

You'll lead sprints with capable tech teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members.

You'll be the owner of product delivery, sprint optimization, and architecture development.

  • Drive technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream.
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products
  • Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Preferred: Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.
