We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to strengthen the finance backbone for high-growth companies. The role goes beyond accounting and requires a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who is eager to grow into a senior finance position within our CFO practice.

The successful candidate will oversee monthly and annual book closure, develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards, drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews. Additionally, they will establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance, ensure statutory, investor, and audit requirements are met, and manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure to ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews to inform business decisions.
  • Establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements to minimize risk.
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations to maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
