Interior Designers sought to spearhead design projects from inception to completion. This position demands a creative and experienced individual with strong aesthetic sense, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors.

This role entails leading multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining open communication among team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, coupled with 2+ years of experience in interior design, focusing on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

The selected individual should be proficient in design software, have a strong understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will showcase a portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles, preferably with experience in project management software and knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization tools.

This position may require occasional travel to project sites and flexibility in hours to meet project deadlines.

  • Create innovative design concepts that meet client needs and reflect current trends.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss design ideas, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Develop functional and aesthetic space plans that optimize layout and enhance user experience.
  • Research and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using design software.
