Transforming Commerce Through Technical Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team as a Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of the payments industry and the role of Visa Direct Payout Services within it.
- Gain expertise in Visa Direct Payout Services' technology platforms and the three rails of money movement: cards, accounts, and wallets.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical staff globally to define requirements for new features and enhancements to the platform.
- Evaluate technical options and provide recommendations on scope and scale of effort required to develop an end-to-end solution.
- Lead a team of talented engineers and take ownership of multiple components of the platform, focusing on security, high scalability, and six nines of availability.
- Participate in defining architecture and creating solution documents consistently, while being hands-on with low-level design, coding, code review, and unit testing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software development principles and technologies.
- Experience with leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
