Job Title: Data Scientist

MNR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical techniques. Develop predictive models using machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Implement NLP techniques to analyze textual data and derive insights from unstructured data sources. Build and optimize models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, and entity recognition.
  • Time Series Analysis: Conduct time series analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making and trend analysis. Develop models to predict future values based on historical data.
  • Generative AI (GenAI): Explore and implement generative AI techniques to enhance existing models and create innovative solutions. Stay updated on advancements in generative AI and assess their applicability to business use cases.
  • Cloud Integration: Utilize cloud platforms for data storage, processing, and model deployment. Ensure scalability and efficiency of data science solutions by leveraging cloud technologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and requirements. Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Experience with time series analysis and forecasting methodologies.
  • Programming skills in Python or R.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Cloud technologies experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage and model deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
