Job Title: UI/UX Designer

MetricStream is seeking a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer to join their growing design team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in end-to-end design workflows, design system management, and accessibility practices while working on impactful products that serve global enterprises.

  • Design and develop end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
