  • Design theory notes, question banks, and ensure exam-aligned material preparation.
  • Handle student doubt resolution and test evaluation personally.
  • Take ownership of the English subject for teaching, content, and results.
  • Contribute actively to curriculum improvement and internal training initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Strong subject expertise in English (Class 11, 12, and CUET UG Level).
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and student engagement skills.
  • Ability to write, proofread, and structure error-free academic content.
  • Experience in handling both live batches and digital/online student interactions.
  • Familiarity with CBSE and CUET.
  • Tech-savvy with tools for online teaching, content creation, and feedback management.
  • Self-driven, ownership mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
