Job Title: Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Specialist to lead the development of new business opportunities with assigned banks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute sales strategies to cross-sell financial products to bank customers.
  • Drive customer business development and manage customer relationships.
  • Schedule appointments, assess customers' financial needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Cultivate new markets and segments aligned with the company's sales strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Candidates from various sales verticals are eligible, including insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or others.
  • Strong track record and employment stability are essential.
  • Graduation is required.
