We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to oversee our technology stack and work closely with teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute various campaigns using an in-depth understanding of product offerings, customer personas, and our CRM system.
  • Implement and optimize end-to-end campaign automation workflows, including creative briefings, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push notifications.
  • Maintain consistent engagement and drive lead qualification through targeted efforts.
Data Management & Analysis:
  • Maintain and segment the marketing database for targeted campaigns.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and booking rates.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Journey Optimization:
  • Analyze the effectiveness of lead acquisition and engagement campaigns and their impact on end-to-end customer experience.
  • Explore new growth opportunities and improve lead generation, conversion metrics across the funnel through pilot initiatives and tests.
Content Development
  • Work with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging.
  • Create and manage targeted content strategies for different customer segments, ensuring message relevance and effectiveness through hyper-personalization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in campaign management and marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and multi-channel campaign tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp, browser push notifications).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and optimization.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
