**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical client projects across domains like Data, AI, and CRM. As the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams, you will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritizing tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams, with a strong understanding of Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms. You will be expected to communicate clearly with clients, prioritize tasks, and ensure team alignment and accountability.

  • Drive client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.

**Benefits**
