Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to drive performance through strategic campaign optimization and build strong client relationships.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

Our ideal candidate is a driven individual with 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+, proficiency in major advertising platforms, and a deep understanding of e-commerce consumer behavior.

The role requires effective communication with clients, developing audience targeting strategies, and aligning marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Maintaining data insights and ensuring campaigns meet targets is also essential. Building insightful reports with actionable insights for clients is another key responsibility.

Requirements
  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)

What You'll Do
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
  • Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant
