Graphic Designer

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our digital creative team. This is a contractual position with an annual renewal structure.

You'll work on creating visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media, short-form videos, and more. If you're someone who can translate ideas into scroll-stopping design and has a pulse on digital trends, we'd love to see your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design static and motion graphics for digital platforms (social media, banners, reels, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity are consistently maintained
  • Contribute to ideation sessions with visual storytelling insights and creative solutions
  • Stay up to date with digital aesthetics, platform-specific formats, and design trends
  • Be agile with feedback, while maintaining design quality and originality

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, digital know-how, and creative range
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus)
  • Ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of social media design formats (especially Instagram, YouTube, )
  • Basic motion design skills or an interest in learning is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages (from a design/typography standpoint) is a bonus
