Lead Data Science Engagement

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our data science endeavors, driving innovation and shaping the future of data-driven solutions.


This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of data science application projects, from conceptualization to deployment and optimization. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective data science practices.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and recommending cutting-edge data science tools and technologies
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for AI adoption, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organization
  • Leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and optimization to drive business outcomes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A deep understanding of data science methodologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
  • Hands-on experience in cloud environments, including cloud platforms, data storage, processing, AI/ML model building, and model life cycle management
  • Practical experience deploying and scaling data science applications in cloud environments, including familiarity with scaling strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably with a PhD. A minimum of 8 years of experience in data science/AI and 2 years of GenAI experience are required.
