Lead GPAM Engineer


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead GPAM Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Global Privileged Access Management (GPAM) solution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the GPAM solution, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation to support the team.
  • Perform log analysis on GPAM component servers to identify and resolve issues.
  • Open and manage tickets with CyberArk support as needed.
  • Set up and maintain different test systems for new implementations and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering Team and process owners to align on priorities and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on experience in CyberArk.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, with the ability to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of and practical experience with both Unix and Windows Administration.
  • A solid understanding of networking principles, with a CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certifications such as CyberArk Defender and CyberArk Sentry.
  • DevOps experience, with a working knowledge of tools like Dynatrace, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, and GIT.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
