Job Title: Montessori Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management
    • Educate and engage students in Montessori-based lessons and activities
    • Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment
  • Curriculum Development
    • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles
    • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching practices
Requirements:
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
    • Montessori certification
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
    • Familiarity with Montessori methods and materials
