Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Advocate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting new business development, and driving customer success across the region.

The role involves conducting regular college visits to support adoption and implementation of our tools, helping institutions interpret accreditation insights, and representing us at academic events and networking forums. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programs, attending onboarding sessions at our HQ in Pune, and working closely with our product, strategy, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular college visits to support adoption and implementation of our tools
  • Help institutions interpret accreditation insights and use our applications
  • Support outreach to new institutions in the region
  • Represent us at academic events and networking forums
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Education, Management, Policy, or related fields
  • Experience in client management, EdTech, SaaS, or higher education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
