Job Opportunity: R&D Expertise in Hospitality Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing new products and services, performing tests, analyzing data, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benchmark competitors and track global hospitality trends to inform product/service innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative F&B concepts, wellness programs, room designs, or technology integrations aligned with brand positioning.
  • Research sustainable solutions (energy efficiency, waste reduction, eco-friendly sourcing) to enhance brand reputation and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Pilot digital tools (AI-driven guest services, smart rooms, self-check-in kiosks) and gather data on return on investment.
  • Conduct focus groups, prototype testing, and gather feedback from guests and employees for continuous refinement.
  • Identify and test innovations to reduce operational costs, streamline processes, or optimize procurement.
