We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer at Livspace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional design experiences for clients. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and using your creative thinking skills to develop designs that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To drive project success by developing and delivering high-quality designs that meet client objectives
  • To own the customer experience during a project by maintaining open communication channels and ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables
  • To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables by maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • To own the end-to-end project lifecycle by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of projects
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years' academic education or relevant diploma
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 5-6 residential projects
  • Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Holds design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and civil works & services (specifications & installation details)
  • Holds project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies
  • Holds sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers
  • Holds behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication
  • Holds a high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members
