Grownex HR Solution is seeking a skilled React.js Application Developer to design and develop user interface components using React.js workflows such as Redux, Hooks, and Context API. The primary focus will be on developing robust, responsive web applications and ensuring their performance and scalability.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React.js components and front-end libraries.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Debug and resolve issues by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest front-end trends and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Work with RESTful APIs to fetch and display data dynamically.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience with React.js and related libraries.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Familiarity with Redux, Hooks, and the Context API.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party services.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or within a team.
