Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

This role is vital for maintaining high standards of our applications and delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Execute manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Accurately identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and test artifacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
  • Ability to test and validate AI/ML models and workflows for accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience in performance testing tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Familiarity with browser testing tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
