Job Title: Chief Security Operations Center Analyst

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SOC Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a SOC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing security-related data to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze security-related data from various sources, including logs, alerts, and threat intelligence feeds.
  • Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize their impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security engineers, incident response teams, and management, to ensure effective communication and coordination of security efforts.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging security threats and technologies, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
