The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced graphic designer who can lead our creative team in delivering outstanding visual solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. As a Creative Team Lead, you will be responsible for championing strong design principles, overseeing creative projects from ideation to execution, and providing expert guidance on design tools and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Champion and enforce strong design principles across all creative projects.
- Oversight of creative projects from concept to delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging design tools.
- Lead the integration of AI design tools to optimize workflow efficiency and creative output.
- Conduct regular skill assessments of designers and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design disciplines and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior creative role within an advertising agency or design organization.
- Proven ability to balance AI automation with maintaining design quality and brand integrity.
