Healthcare Representative Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from patients and provide accurate information about hospital services and doctor availability.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient interactions.
  • Ensure professional communication at all times while maintaining patience and empathy with patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/undergraduate with excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care are essential.
