- Respond to inbound calls from patients and provide accurate information about hospital services and doctor availability.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient interactions.
- Ensure professional communication at all times while maintaining patience and empathy with patients.
Requirements:
- Graduate/undergraduate with excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care are essential.
