Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to lead our efforts in designing and developing modern data warehouse solutions using Databricks and cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand new ETL pipeline development requirements, troubleshooting issues, finding gaps in existing pipelines, and fixing them.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop data models to fulfill them. Additionally, you will drive technical discussions with client architects and team members, and orchestrate data pipelines in scheduler via Airflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Total 10+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of data warehouse/ETL project experience
  • Strong understanding of star and snowflake dimensional modeling
  • Good knowledge of data management principles
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark (PySpark)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS/Azure Stack
  • Comfortable working in agile methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
