Chief Information Security Officer

We seek a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to spearhead our security strategy across hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive security strategies across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement system hardening and secure configuration policies for Linux/Windows environments.
  • Design and enforce AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging)
  • Present actionable risk insights and metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Embed security practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Craft rapid compliance and audit preparation strategies (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
  • Ensure prompt responses to InfoSec requests and escalations.
  • Guide user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.
Required Skills
  • 8–12 years in security leadership and system administration.
  • Advanced AWS/cloud security expertise (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC).
  • Proven communicator with executive presence and reporting fluency.
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on coordination of certifications and GRC audits under tight timelines.

A degree in engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Security Specialty, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
