Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement and driving continuous efficiency enhancements in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes at Razorpay, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient financial operations.
  • Drive finance automation initiatives through SAP S/4HANA and other financial tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage ITGC and ITAC audits in collaboration with Big Four auditors.
  • Supervise accounting and reconciliation of Escrow and customers money movement across multiple business units.
  • Manage key vendor relationships, oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) team, and treasury accounting team.
  • Ensure timely completion of Statutory and Internal Audits.
  • Analyse unit economics, drive cost optimization, and provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in process improvement and driving continuous efficiency enhancements in financial operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Prior experience in core finance, controllership, or financial automation is highly desirable.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in R2R, P2P, ERP implementation, & finance automation.
