  • Acts as a technical subject matter expert and primarily responsible for managing and supporting integrations on multiple enterprise integration cloud platforms - Mulesoft, Axway or IBM Integration Bus.
  • Incident management, service requests, monitoring operation metrics & Alerts
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of issues in all environments.
  • Implementing bug fixes and continuous improvements for incident reduction.
  • Implementing monitoring and alert mechanisms.
  • Supporting monthly patching of integration platforms.
  • Supporting project teams and other business stakeholders
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions using best practices for various applications and systems.
  • Enforcing and implementing defined policies and checklists for successful project transitions (knowledge transfer).
  • Responsible for the technical quality, governance (ensuring compliance) and operationalization of integration solutions.
  • Supporting the Enterprise Integration Architecture team to plan and implement upgrades and migrations of current platforms in accordance with the technology roadmap.
  • Collaborating with the Enterprise Integration Architecture team to keep them apprised of assigned tasks and seeking their consultation as necessary.
  • Managing support KPIs and interface repositories up to date.
  • Providing technical assistance to support offshore teams and external partner resources.
  • Supporting new platform use cases and onboarding them as applicable.
  • Collaborating with partner and product vendor teams.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation as required.
  • Flexible on-call/weekend support rotation as applicable.
